A U.S.-based luxury travel advisor entrusted PLEON with the full in-destination management of their clients’ private journey across multiple locations in Greece.
As their local partner, we brought our destination knowledge and expertise into the planning process, advising on accommodations, private transfers, yacht charters, cultural experiences, and private dining. Once the journey began, we took care of its operation on the ground, from welcoming guests on arrival and coordinating seamless transfers to managing arrangements for hotels, villas, guides, restaurants, yachts, experiences, and last-minute requests.
Working as an extension of the agency, we remained in constant contact with our client throughout the journey, while providing their guests with dedicated concierge support in Greece.
