PLEON (πλέον) means “more”. It also echoes pleonektima
(πλεονέκτημα) — the Greek word for advantage.

For decades, PLEON has worked alongside embassies, ministries,

Alexandros studied Law but early on devoted himself to the family business, driven by a passion for luxury travel, destination management,
and high-level event operations. Since the early 2010s, he has been designing and delivering tailor-made experiences throughout Greece.
Today, he leads PLEON’s strategic partnerships with international travel advisors, corporate clients, and institutional organisations, while
overseeing the planning and delivery of complex projects across the country. His approach combines operational precision, discretion, and
thoughtful coordination, ensuring every program is delivered with confidence and care. Outside work, Alexandros has a genuine passion for
travel, sports, and culture—interests that continually shape his perspective on modern hospitality and inspire the experiences PLEON
creates.
Maria is Co-Founder of PLEON. A graduate of English Language and Literature, she found her professional calling in the world of events,
hospitality, and bespoke travel experiences. Since 2019, she has been designing and delivering corporate events, private gatherings, and
personalised hospitality services throughout Greece. Today, she leads PLEON’s event planning and private client services, overseeing
every stage of the experience—from concept development and venue selection to production coordination and flawless execution. Her
approach combines creativity, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every event and journey feels seamless, personal,
and thoughtfully curated. Outside work, Maria has a genuine appreciation for design, hospitality, and culture—interests that continually
shape her perspective on modern hospitality and inspire the experiences PLEON creates.
With extensive experience in transportation operations and logistics, Theodore oversees the planning and coordination of journeys,
events and complex programmes across Greece. Today, he leads PLEON’s transportation operations, managing the company’s privately
owned fleet, chauffeur coordination and real-time logistics, while supporting corporate events, official delegations and private travel
programmes. Known for his calm, solution-oriented approach and meticulous attention to detail, Theodore ensures every journey is
delivered with precision, discretion and reliability. Outside work, he has a strong interest in mobility, technology and operational
excellence, constantly seeking smarter ways to enhance the travel experience and support the seamless delivery of every program.
