Local Support for an International Conference of 300 Guests
An overseas corporate event organiser partnered with PLEON to deliver a large international conference in Athens. Acting as the local operator, we coordinated the destination services around the program, including venue sourcing, airport arrivals and departures, transportation, hospitality, cultural activities, and on-site guest support.
Alongside the conference sessions, delegates were introduced to the city through professionally guided visits to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and other key landmarks. Transportation routes, group departures, meals, registration, printed materials, audiovisual requirements, and supplier operations were managed as one integrated plan, creating a consistent experience for delegates and a streamlined operation for the organiser.
