One of our long-time clients marked the opening of their company’s new building with an inauguration, attended by executives, employees, partners, officials, media representatives, and select VIP guests. Designed to reflect the significance of the occasion, the event combined formal addresses and an unveiling ceremony with a guided introduction to the new space and a considered reception for guests.
PLEON managed the event from concept through execution, coordinating venue preparation, guest registration, protocol, staging, audiovisual production, branding, and media requirements. The ceremony, unveiling, tour of the space, and cocktail reception were carefully connected through a structured run of show, allowing the occasion to feel formal, welcoming, and representative of the organisation.
