A renowned international troupe travelled to Athens for an exclusive performance attended by VIPs, institutional guests, clients, and cultural representatives. The occasion required close coordination across artist travel, accommodation, venue operations, technical production, hospitality, and guest management.
PLEON managed the program from the preparatory stage until the performance itself, coordinating the venue, transportation, backstage requirements, stage production, lighting, sound, rehearsals, and guest reception. Every transition during the event was carefully timed, allowing the evening to feel intimate and effortless despite the complex schedule.
