A high-level dialogue was hosted in Athens to facilitate formal discussion, presentations, and bilateral exchange between participants from media, industry, and institutional organisations. The event required a setting capable of supporting substantive dialogue while meeting the protocol, interpretation, and technical requirements of an international gathering.
PLEON was responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the event, including venue arrangements, conference setup, seating protocols, branded staging, printed materials, name cards, interpretation equipment and audiovisual production. Guest arrivals, registration, hospitality and VIP arrangements were also overseen on site, ensuring the proceedings were conducted with precision, discretion and the appropriate level of protocol throughout.
