A three-day international conference for 500 delegates, managed as one seamless destination program.
An international conference brought together speakers, executives, sponsors, and production teams, with an Athens hotel serving as the operational base for the entire event. A large plenary ballroom supported the principal sessions, while 22 additional rooms accommodated workshops, interviews, bilateral meetings, and private board discussions.
PLEON coordinated airport arrivals, accommodation, transportation, registration, branding, audiovisual production, interpretation, catering, and movement between sessions. Guided visits introduced delegates and accompanying guests to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, the Ancient Agora, the Athens Riviera, and Cape Sounion, while the program concluded with an evening overlooking the illuminated Acropolis. From the first arrival to the final departure, every operational element was executed through a carefully considered and well-coordinated plan.
